| Unpeeled -- Boiled | ||
| 1 | lg | Onion -- Chopped |
| 1 | lg | Green Pepper -- Chopped |
| 1 | c | Celery -- Chopped |
| 1 | Jar (Small) | |
| 1/4 | lb | Butter -- Melted |
| 1 | c | Cornflakes -- Crushed |
| 10 | Strips Bacon -- Chopped | |
| 3/4 | lb | Cheddar Cheese -- Cubed |
| Pimientos -- Diced |
Method: Set aside cornflake crumbs and mix together remaining ingredients in large 13 x 9 x 2 cake pan or round casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F. Sprinkle with cornflakes. Decorate with parsley. Serve hot. Serves 10.
